in der letzten "Life and Style" war ein 2 seiten bericht in dem sie behaupteten das Jess ihre kleine tochter auf Diät setzt. Im Bericht ging es dann auch mal wieder um ihre "Magersucht".

naja als behauptung würde ich das nicht bezeichnen. immerhin hat sie george lopez doch erzählt, dass honor noch nie zucker zu sich genommen hat und nicht mal saft trinken darf. ihre pfannkuchen sind ja auch aus vollkorn... ich finde das ziemlich übertrieben um ehrlich zu sein. aber naja, ist ja ihre sache... naja

And I said, "yeah, that was the hottest thing I've ever seen in my life!" And he said, "Well, I just put on some music, and she just dance." But I was terrified. I'm not an extrovert. So, I just went to a bunch of strip clubs to do research. I would have to get a little tipsy, though, because it's kind of intimidating talking to these women with incredible bodies who are writihing in front of you. But I learned some stuff from them. I hit about four strip clubs in L.A., two in new York, and two in texas.

DEL TORO: And aren't you working with, like, a rope or a lasso, too?

ALBA: Yeah. I had a rope guy teach me how to twist it around like a lasso and stuff. I just spent every night in Texas in the Four Seasons in my underwear, knocking overlamps trying to lasso things.

Noch nie Zucker? Es gibt aber auch andere Süßstoffarten. Z.B. gibt es ja Stevia in den USA zu kaufen und ich bin mir sicher´auch in Nahrungsmitteln oder Süßigkeiten. Stevia ist ein Süßkraut und man braucht nur winzig kleine Mengen um zu süßen, vorallem ist es aber gesund, 0 kallorien und schadet auchden Zähnen nicht. Also ich denkie schon dass Honor Süßkram essen darf, nur passt ihre Mom halt auf ihre ERnährung auf, was ich gut finde. Was die Kinder nicht von klein auf kennen, werden sie ihr leben lang nicht ändern. Vorallem weil wir ja auchschon Jess mit Lolly im Mund gesehen haben, denke ich nicht dass Honor das verwehrt bleibt. Und Vollwertkost ist doch gut. Oder irre ich mich. sad

Ich glaube nicht, dass er auf ihre Kosten lebt. Schließlich verdient er auch ein Haufen Schotter. Die haben bestimmt nichts negatives von den beiden erfahren und basteln sich nun ihre eigenen Geschichten zusammen.

Zu den Bildern. Kürzere Haare und kürzeres Kleid. Wow, sieht aber echt gut aus.

She's just sleeping, but you still go in and make sure she's fine. Tuck her in three times."

The actress also dished out advice for other mothers, saying, "Leave room for mistakes -- I think nothing's going to be the way you want it to be, or exactly how you planned it."

This Saturday, Alba is joining EIF's Revlon Run Walk in New York to raise awareness for woman's cancer. "You can feel the energy, the hope when you are there," she says of the event. Jessica's website, ibeatyou.com, has teamed up with Revlon to set up special competitions for the actress in order to raise funds to fight cancer.

“I used to think being a marine biologist would be the best thing ever, but now that I’ve grown up and seen things in the world, I think politics. Advocating and lobbying for certain issues would be a pretty interesting way to live your life.”

Anyone who follows Jess, knows she never goes anywhere without her adorable 18-month-old daughter Honor by her side.

Jess tells Self when she want to blow off steam, she always turns to her main girl.

“Honor is the best cure for stress. When I spend time with her, I get instant perspective. I can be hard on myself if I don’t do everything perfectly. But now that I have her, there’s no time for that. I want to teach her that you can learn from your mistakes, and if you keep moving and stay positive and loving, everything will work out.”

Jessica has always been fit, often flaunting her toned bod in her films. But when it comes to diets, she stays away.

“Diets are for the birds,” she tells Self. “I think you have to eat in a way that makes you feel your best. I include a lot of vegetables and lean protein and fruit and grains in my diet. I’m not a big workout person. Every single day, I tell my girlfriends we’re starting a regimen. And then it’s, like, ‘Want to get dinner? Want a glass of wine?’”

While many wold kill for a bod as hot as Jess’s, she still has flaws she has to deal with like stretch marks— but rather than dwelling on them, Jen embraces the change in her body after having a child.

“Even though some might consider them a flaw, I’ve learned to love my stretch marks. Pregnancy was the most incredible experience I’ve ever had. So I’ll take the stretch marks. I’ll take the sagging boobs. I’ll take the cellulite I can never get rid of. If you walk around with your head held high and you’re happy and positive, then all that other stuff is irrelevant. Confidence is number one.”

Jessica says she loves the way she feels when she wakes up next to her hot hubby Cash.

“Or talk on the phone. Everything! Every time I see him or talk to him, I fall in love with him all over again.”

And where can we find Jess in 10 years?

“Raising my kids in the south of France.”

“My mother-in-law has lived there for more than 20 years, and she has a beautiful setup. I want to be able to allow Honor and my other kids, who I hope to be blessed with in the future, to maintain their innocence for as long as possible. There is so much time to be an adult.”

Looks like Jessica and Cash want to build their family! Honor Marie needs a sibling.
